Do your charges change for different sized properties?
Costs can change based on the size of the property and the level of cleaning required. Larger premises require more materials and more time to clean. At our initial meeting we request that you give us as much information as possible about the premises that needs the clean, this will enable us to give a fair and accurate quote
Whose equipment and products are used?
Our cleaners will use industry best practice equipment and products. All cleaners will be fully equipped with everything to complete the task in hand.
How quickly can you get our premises cleaned?
We aim to start your clean as soon as possible. We do require receipt of your completed and signed cleaning agreement however, before we can proceed.
Do you have insurance cover?
Jenco Contract Cleaners has public liability cover to the sum of $20,000,000
What about After Hours security?
We understand that practicality generally means cleaning outside of normal hours. Jenco Contract Cleaning will liaise with your security provider to make sure your premises are safe and secure when we’re done.
How do we pay for the service?
A full invoice will be sent by email to the address you give us in advance.
What tasks will the cleaner do?
On the initial meeting we will decide together what tasks need to be completed; we will then devise a cleaning specification checklist for your premises.
